The customer agrees and acknowledges that no refund shall be provided if the cancellation request is received within three hours prior to the schedule pickup. If cancellation request is received before three hour of scheduled pickup then fully amount will be refundable (exclude any extra charge on card payment).
In case of cash to chauffeur payment option any cancellation before three hours of schedule pick up will make your profile marked for any future booking. The cancellation is preferable to be done on website but can be done over phone with valid booking ID and verification. Any refund due to customer will be processed within 5 to 6 working days.
Delivery of service would be on actual time as requested by the user. All the services to be delivered to the customer are provided by us only.
